Februar 2026, Fest der Darstellung des Herrn Liebe Brüder und Schwestern, das heutige Fest, die Darstellung des Jesuskindes im Tempel, führt uns erneut zur Metapher des „Lichts“, die vielleicht wie keine andere Jesu Identität und Mission ausdrückt. „Ein Licht zur Erleuchtung der Heiden“, sagte der ältere Simeon und bezog sich dabei auf das Jesuskind, das seine Eltern in den Tempel von Jerusalem brachten, um wie alle Erstgeborenen Israels gemäß dem Gesetz des Mose dem Herrn geweiht zu werden. Bischof Eleganti verweist auf die historischen Fakten. 1965: Ein überarbeiteter Ordo Missae wird veröffentlicht - eine Übergangsversion der alten Messe, die den ersten Impulsen des Zweiten Vatikanums folgt. 1967: Ein experimenteller Entwurf (Missa normativa) wurde vorgelegt, aber nicht angenommen. Die erste Bischofssynode nach dem Konzil war über diesen Ritus gespalten.
