Thus, it would be the council of the matter already judged. Second thing is a quite grotesque perception of the Petrine office i.e. Pope never errs, also in questions of discipline, so you cannot resist him in any matter - all you can do is... just proclaim that he is no Pope at all. Third is the question of distinctions between heresy and proposal close to heresy or one that favors heresy or error - only heresy (public and notorious) excludes from the Church (thus the Petrine Office), the error does not.
