“Today all that is being repeated. After the resignation of Pope Benedict, which was forced—forced by men in the Vatican—they began to rebuild the episcopate throughout the world. The new bishops, all liberals. And who was the last head of the Congregation for Bishops? Robert Prevost, from Chicago, Cardinal Prevost, who became Pope Leo. There is a very great conflict, a war being waged inside the Church, which could have happened with Paul VI and with John Paul II, but which is happening today, with a majority mentality of liberal bishops who are changing the Church from within.”
US Bishop prohibits celebration facing the Lord (ad orientem). On October 2, Bishop Jeffrey Walsh, 60, of Gaylord, Michigan, issued a decree restricting the celebration of the Mass towards the Lord. It takes effect on October 15. Under the new rules, all Sunday and holy day Masses must be read - like a talk or show - facing the people. On weekdays, no more than two Masses per parish may be celebrated ad orientem, and only after consultation with the parish council and appropriate catechesis. Weddings, funerals, and other Masses with congregations must also be celebrated facing the people. Masses according to the 1962 Missal are exempt. The bishop invokes paragraph 299 of the General Instruction of the Roman Missal (GIRM), claiming it favors celebration versus populum. However, the text of GIRM 299 does NOT require Mass to be celebrated facing the people. It recommends a freestanding altar that can be walked around to incense it with a thurible and permits celebration versus populum. It …Dugang pa
Notice this is being said by a Bishop who appears to be preparing to offer Mass in a gymnasium. You can see the cruets, chalice, paten, etc. on a little table behind him. Of course he cares nothing for a Mass offered to God (i.e. ad orientem) with due sacrality and wants to suppress it since it is a reproach to his own humanistic viewpoint.
Well, this doesn't seem right. Who actually believes Zelensky will hold an election? If you do, you haven't been paying attention to what has been said and done in the US or West.
They have been pushing Putin for a temporary ceasefire instead of a peace treaty for too long now. All of a sudden Zelensky is willing to have an election held? I don't believe any of these fairy tales. Or horror tales. They are up to something no good. You can count on it. Trump said, he was going to nuke RUSSIA AND IRAN. Now he is off begging Putin for help? Zelensky is now ok with holding an election? I don't buy any of it. Putin is being set up. He better watch his back. His security is first rate. They are very good at what they do. And they keep their eyes scanning everyone at all times and still don't keep their eyes off their beloved President.
"IF"! And I do mean IF there is an election. I see one of two things that will happen. The elections will be rigged. Or they will replace him with someone worse than Zelensky. There is only those two choices. We know how the US and West work. They never do anything by the law. Or have good intentions for us, but only for themselves.
Archbishop presents sexual morality as an “ideal” instead of “rules to follow” at current Vatican meeting. At Leo XIV’s meeting marking the tenth anniversary of Amoris Laetitia, Archbishop Timothy Costelloe of Perth, Australia called for “a shift in the Church’s culture” in his October 9 address. Discussing contemporary attitudes toward sexuality, he stated that “the concept of a necessary link between sexual activity and procreation, […] is no longer widely understood or accepted.” Archbishop Costelloe advocated presenting the Church’s theology of marital intimacy as “an ideal worth striving for rather than as a list of rules and regulations to be followed.” He repeated his point: “Presenting ideals to work towards rather than rules to follow is more likely to win people over and enable them to see the values which underpin those rules and regulations.” Monsignor Costelloe stated that young couples living together before marriage are “falling short of the ideal of Chistian marriage,”…Dugang pa
As Auxiliary Bishop, Menezes defended the "LGBTQ+ Vigil Welcome Mass": "In my conversations with some members of the group, they find attending Mass in a parish difficult against the backdrop of what they sometimes see to be a Church that does not accept them. This means that they find a Mass at which they know that they are accepted, which is a first step to hopefully full integration in our parish communities."
Leo XIV appoints another Bishop for England. He defended a homosexual Eucharist. Today, Pope Leo XIV appointed Bishop Timothy Menezes, 56, as the Bishop of Brentwood, succeeding Bishop Alan Williams, 75. Menezes has served as Auxiliary Bishop of Birmingham since his episcopal consecration in July 2024. As such, he defended the periodic homosexual Eucharists at St Patrick's parish in Coventry. The homosexual group there emerged from the Synodal process. Menezes wrote a June 1, 2025 statement about the "LGBTQ+ Vigil Welcome Mass" on May 10, 2025 : “In my conversations with some members of the group, they find attending Mass in a parish difficult against the backdrop of what they sometimes see to be a Church that does not accept them. This means that they find a Mass at which they know that they are accepted, which is a first step to hopefully full integration in our parish communities.” Notably, Bishop Menezes commented in support of the homosex Eucharist although Coventry was not within …Dugang pa
Leo XIV announces lung surgery following discovery of nodule. Pope Leo XIV, 71, unexpectedly announced during Sunday's Angelus prayer in St. Peter's Square that he will undergo lung surgery in the coming days. Doctors discovered a nodule in one of his lungs during recent examinations. The Pope said it was detected at a very early stage. The Vatican said the operation would take place early next week at Rome's Agostino Gemelli Hospital, with an expected hospital stay of one week. No cancer diagnosis has been announced, and it remains unclear whether the nodule is benign or malignant.
Leo XIV will have surgery next week to remove a nodule in his lung.

FSSPX to Continue Lourdes Pilgrimage Despite Bishop’s Restrictions The Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X (SSPX) has announced that it will continue its annual pilgrimage to Lourdes. Following the episcopal consecrations on July 1 in Ecône, Bishop Jean-Marc Micas of Tarbes and Lourdes withdrew permission for the SSPX to celebrate public Masses, administer sacraments, or organize public prayers at Lourdes. In an August 22 statement, Fr. Gonzague Peignot, superior of the FSSPX in France, announced that the Fraternity intends to continue coming to Lourdes every year, “Our Lady does not deserve to be abandoned despite the obstacles,” he said. The FSSPX expressed 'sorrow and incomprehension', questioning the bishop's decision and pointing to the interreligious Christian-Muslim pilgrimage that was welcomed at the sanctuary in October 2025. For now, the FSSPX faithful intend to remain present at Lourdes, but their pilgrimage will no longer be able to take the same public form as in previous …Dugang pa
Gloria.tv serves the Church by giving a voice to the faithful and to the truth. That independence comes at a price - quite literally. Gloria.tv serves its users - readers like you - with its own social-media technology. While editorial websites watch their readership plummet, Gloria.tv is growing and, according to Cloudflare Radar, ranks among the 10,000 largest websites in the world. No other Catholic media outlet ranks there. But here’s the straight talk: Having lots of users doesn’t pay our bills. There are no ads, and we serve our users for free. That’s how we want it. Gloria.tv depends on the generosity of a small group of ordinary faithful - many of them pensioners and praying widows. And to be blunt: This project runs on a very small budget. But not on no budget. That is why this autumn we are asking for your help again. A fierce storm interrupts the ceremony of the controversial episcopal ordinations of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X (Lefebvrians), considered by the Vatican to be a schismatic act.
It rained but nothing got destroyed, like, for example the halo and the keys to Heaven by the St Peter statue in Argentina, right with Francis birthday and the newly proclamation by him on gay couples blessings.
Holy Matrimony despite epic floods in the Philippines, St John the Baptist Catholic Church and YES it is a novus ordo mass, our Lord STILL allows bread and wine to become His Holy Flesh and Blood, blessing this coupleand all... Tucho Fernández on FSSPX: "In Future, Dialogue Will Be Possible" The Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X (FSSPX) "didn't consider useful the dialogue we've proposed", Cardinal Tucho Fernández, soft porn author and Prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, told @Michael Haynes on X.com. Tucho added: "But we hope in future, thanks to the action of the Holy Spirit, it'll be possible. I'm sure, but we'll need time." #newsXnfaezetpr
Your Response To God Determines Your Eternity The gospel reading likens the kingdom of heaven to a wedding feast, where God is the king, and Jesus is the groom. The invitation is not to be a guest but to be the bride, symbolizing a spiritual union with Christ through love and fidelity. This union, prefigured by the Eucharist, is a profound privilege and responsibility that requires a commitment to love and faithfulness to God. Fr.
