Dominic Auricchio says he first felt called to the priesthood at age 4, after a dream in which he says God spoke to him. Five years later, doctors discovered a mass in his brain. In 2023, Dominic says he had a vision of a woman he believes was the Virgin Mary, who told him everything would be OK. A subsequent scan showed the mass had begun to shrink, and surgery was no longer considered necessary. His mother believes God healed him. Medication may have contributed to the improvement.
