Nový prefekt kúrie Leva XIV. začal škaredú katedrálu: V meste Waitara v Sydney sa plánuje výstavba novej katedrály pre diecézu Broken Bay. Projekt, ktorého súčasťou sú aj vzdelávacie a komunitné zariadenia, navrhol ateliér Niall McLaughlin Architects. Katedrála neevokuje katolícku vieru a nie je ani krásna. Zodpovedným biskupom je 59-ročný Mons. Anthony Randazzo. Lev XIV. ho 25. marca vymenoval za nového prefekta dikastéria pre legislatívne texty. Bude to prvá nová katolícka katedrála, ktorá bude postavená v Austrálii za viac ako sto rokov.
