Exorcist Diary #387: Deceived by Demons

["Safe in the Barque of Peter," digitally generated and blessed by priest]
A priest-exorcist contacted me about a difficult case. It started out like a typical situation and they were making good progress. But then things started to shift. Instead of the demons and their antics getting weaker, they were actually getting stronger. For example, for the first year or so, he barely needed to be restrained in an exorcism session. But around year three, he became increasingly violent. Four strong men could barely restrain him. His nightly demonic attacks were worse. And he was becoming increasingly suicidal.
The Exorcist added that, some time ago during the sessions, the demons started to reveal secret theological insights about the Church and the world. The Exorcist believed that God was forcing them to reveal these secrets. The demons admitted how devastating the suffering of victim souls was to Satan's plans. After each session the Exorcist documented these insights and compiled a theological …

Absolutely. The demons have a field day with Bishops & Priests who have no legitimate jurisdiction (proper faculties etc) in the Church. Submission to the visible Church hierarchy is absolutely essential.

Diocese of Arlington investigates sainthood cause for father who died saving son - LifeSite

Mon Mar 2, 2026 - 6:31 pm EST
(
LifeSiteNews) — The Diocese of Arlington is investigating the cause of canonization for a father who heroically gave his life while saving his son in a tragic accident.
Tom Vander Woude, a father of seven boys and former athletic director at Christendom College, plunged into a septic tank on his family farm in September 2008 to rescue his youngest son, Joseph (Josie), 20, who has Down syndrome and had fallen in.
Vander Woude held his son above the sewage in the near seven-foot-deep tank until rescuers could pull Josie out, even while his own lungs filled with toxic gases, causing him to succumb to the conditions himself at age 66.
Joseph recovered quickly from the incident and still lives with his mother Mary Ellen in their farmhouse and, according to the Arlington Catholic Herald, still serves Holy Mass at their local parish.

Historic Saint-Paul Catholic Church in Montreal destroyed by fire - LifeSite

Fri Feb 27, 2026 - 3:15 pm ESTMon Mar 2, 2026 - 6:32 am EST
MONTREAL (
LifeSiteNews) — A historic Catholic church in Montreal, Canada, was reduced to near rubble in a huge blaze, the cause of which investigators still have not determined.
The over 100-year-old Saint-Paul Catholic Church in Montreal, Quebec, went up in flames on February 23. A food bank next to it was also reduced to ashes. The church was built in 1910 and holds significant historical meaning for the local community.
While the church has been vacant for some time, about 148 people had to flee the area due to the flames, including over 70 seniors who lived in a nearby care home.
The cause of the church fire, say investigators, is not yet known; however, it comes at a time when arson attacks on Catholic churches in Canada have reached epidemic-like proportions.
Mayor of the local borough of Saint-Paul’s, Véronique Fournier, in a statement on social media, said the fire is “challenging for the residents of Côte-Saint-Paul …

French priest arrested after blessing a church scheduled for demolition - LifeSite

Tue Feb 10, 2026 - 8:19 pm ESTWed Feb 11, 2026 - 5:44 am EST
(
LifeSiteNews) — A French priest was detained by police for over a day after blessing a church reportedly on the verge of being demolished.
Father Matthieu Salenave appeared on a French podcast Monday to explain the incident, which occurred in the town of Mayenne.
Salenave was sprinkling holy water on St. Gault Church, which was built in the 11th century, when the mayor drove up and approached him, demanding he leave the premises. Father started to leave in his car as police arrived on the scene. He continued back to his priory, only to have 10 law enforcement officials arrive several hours later. Salenave spent the next 36 hours in jail on charges that he committed violence against an elected official that he adamantly denies.
St. Gault is located in the commune of Quelaines-Saint-Gault. A petition with more than 32,00 signatures calling on the French government to stop the destruction of historic churches is circulating

Exorcist Diary #382: Demons Feel Entitled

["Grace," photograph by Eric Enstrom]
Theologians tell us that Satan and his demons fell due to pride and envy-- God would become a man and not an angel. Thus, humans will have something that the angels would not. Despite being dazzlingly beautiful and powerful, Satan wanted more. As perhaps the highest of angels, he felt entitled. And legions of demons followed him.
I was in an exorcism and demanding the demons to leave. After the person renewed baptismal promises and rejected Satan, I said to the demons:
"In Jesus' name, do you have any authority over this person? Tell the truth."
The demons snarled their response: "No."
"Does she want you to be here?" I demanded.
Again, their snarling response: "No."
"Do you any right to be here?" I demanded again.
"No," they snarled.
"You are a thief and a robber," I responded, quoting John 10:8, "In Jesus name I command you to leave." Of course they did not leave voluntarily and eventually had to be forced to leave by the power of Christ.
Satan and …

‘The war is far from over for the 2.3 million inhabitants of Gaza’ says Catholic priest | Aid to the Church in Need

A CATHOLIC priest in Gaza is pleading for the war to stop as the strip continues to sink into a deeper humanitarian and health crisis.
Gaza’s only Roman Catholic parish priest, Father Gabriel Romanelli, told Catholic charity Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) about the “very serious” situation caused by dire living conditions and ongoing violence.
Despite the ceasefire called on 10th October 2025, authorities in the Gaza Strip say more than 500 Palestinians have died since then.
Israel Defence Forces have defended military action saying it has been responding to Hamas violations or attacks.
This morning’s renewed strikes on Gaza (4th February 2026) have killed at least 20, most of them women and children, according to hospital officials.
Among the dead were five children, including a 5-month-old and a 10-day-old baby.
Speaking before today’s attacks, Fr Romanelli said: “The war is not over. Some bombing continues notably behind the Yellow Line. Houses have been destroyed, deaths and …

And to think that those in charge are making huge profits from the war. All done with the suffering and deaths of the poor people. Trump during the election said he could end the wars in Ukraine and Gaza. He lied. He’s one of them.

Canadian woman was euthanized 'against her will' after husband was fed-up with caring for her

Canadian woman was euthanized 'against her will' after husband was fed-up with caring for her
An elderly woman was euthanized within hours of her husband claiming she changed her mind after insisting she wanted to live.
Canada's Medical Assistance in Dying laws allow patients to request a painless death if an assessor agrees their terminal condition meets certain requirements.
Patients often wait weeks, but it can happen the same day the application is lodged if judged to be medically urgent by a MAiD provider.
But a report by the Ontario MAiD Death Review Committee raised concerns that safeguards were being eroded that led to questionable deaths.
One case study was that of a woman in her 80s referred to as 'Mrs B' who had complications after coronary artery bypass graft surgery.
She went into severe decline and opted for palliative care, and was sent home from hospital with palliative support with her husband caring for her.
But as her condition got worse, her elderly husband struggled …
