El problema radica en que el Papa León XIII, los cardenales y las conferencias episcopales no afirman:
1. El Credo Niceno, considerando que Lumen Gentium 16 es invisible, es decir, que existen casos invisibles de no católicos salvados en la ignorancia invencible fuera de la Iglesia, por ejemplo, en 2026.
2. No afirman el Credo Atanasio, considerando que LG 16 es invisible.
3. No afirman un ecumenismo de retorno a la Iglesia Católica del Syllabus de Pío IX, sin excepciones conocidas en la actualidad. LG 16 es invisible.
4. No afirman que el Concilio Vaticano II, considerando LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA2, Gs 22, etc., sean casos implícitos y no explícitos. Son hipotéticos e invisibles.
5. No afirman que el Catecismo de la Iglesia Católica, considerando CCC 847-848, no sea una excepción explícita a CCC 845-846.

Yo elijo la hermenéutica de la continuidad con la Tradición. Ad Gentes 7 está alineado con el EENS, mientras que Lumen Gentium 8, etc., no son excepciones para el EENS ni para AG 7.
¿Cómo puede haber un papa, cardenal y obispo que no afirme los Credos, Concilios y Catecismos racionalmente, sino irracionalmente, siendo, por lo tanto, no magisterial ni apostólico, sino cismático? Debe corregir el error para ser apostólico y magisterial.
De igual modo, el nuevo Prefecto del Dicasterio para las Comunicaciones del Vaticano, según el Derecho Canónico, debe ser un católico practicante que afirme las enseñanzas de la Iglesia Católica.
10. Maria Montse Alvarado es irracional y poco tradicional en cuanto a los Credos, Concilios y catecismos, al igual que Michael Warsaw de EWTN.
Es mujer y de color, por lo que se ajusta a las prioridades de la izquierda del Vaticano, pero religiosamente debe poder afirmar los Credos en su idioma original y en público.
Afirmo el Credo de Atanasio sin excepciones conocidas de casos invisibles del bautismo de deseo y de salvación por ignorancia invisible en casos individuales en 2026. ¿Puede ella decir lo mismo?
Afirmo el Credo Niceno: «Creo en un solo bautismo para el perdón de los pecados». Es el bautismo de agua. No afirmo tres o más bautismos visibles (de deseo, de sangre), que excluyen el bautismo de agua. No existen casos objetivos de salvación mediante el bautismo de agua fuera de la Iglesia. No podemos encontrarnos con nadie que se haya salvado fuera de la Iglesia Católica, sin fe ni bautismo, y que viva en una ignorancia invencible.
Afirmo la doctrina de los Apóstoles, que se refiere al Espíritu Santo y a la Santa Iglesia Católica, la cual, para mí, afirma que fuera de la Iglesia Católica, del Cuerpo Místico de Jesús, no hay salvación. Por lo tanto, existe una continuidad con el Magisterio y los misioneros, por ejemplo, del siglo XVI. ¿Puede ella decir lo mismo?
Pertenezco a la Iglesia una, santa, católica y apostólica (Credo Niceno), en la que el Concilio Vaticano II afirma que todos necesitamos fe y bautismo para la salvación (AG 7). Así pues, el Concilio Vaticano II es eclesiástico y tradicional. Posee la hermenéutica de la continuidad con el ecumenismo, del retorno a la Iglesia Católica del Syllabus de Pío IX. ¿Puede ella decir lo mismo?
¿Cómo puede ser nombrada Prefecta del Desastre?
Podemos interpretar el Credo de Atanasio, etc., considerando si los artículos LG 8, 14, 16, etc., son visibles o invisibles en la actualidad, y la conclusión será diferente.
Si LG 16 es visible, existen excepciones explícitas para el Credo de Atanasio, el dogma EENS, el Credo de Nicea, etc.
Si LG 16 es invisible, no existen excepciones explícitas para el Credo de Atanasio, el dogma EENS, etc.

The issue is that Pope Leo, the cardinals and the bishop conferences, do not affirm the following.
1. They do not affirm the Nicene Creed with Lumen Gentium 16 being invisible.i.e invisible cases of non Catholics saved in invincible ignorance outside the Church in for example 2026.
2. They do not affirm the Athanasius Creed with LG 16 invisible.
3. They do not affirm an ecumenism of return to the Catholic Church of the Syllabus of Pius IX, with no known exceptions in the present times.LG 16 is invisible.
4. They do not affirm a Vatican Council II with LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA2 ,Gs 22 etc being implicit and not explicit cases. They are hypothetical and invisible.

Instead they wrongly project the following:-
1. Invisible cases of LG 8, 14, 16 etc are seen as visible examples of salvation outside ether Catholic Church and so are explicit exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) of the Council of Florence..
2. For them the Nicene Creed, ‘I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins’ has exceptions.Before 1949 there were no exceptions.
3. The Athanasius Creed also has exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II for them.
4. Vatican Council II is a rupture with Tradition ( EENS etc) for them but not for me.
5. A Catechism of the Catholic Church in which CCC 847-848, for them, contradicts, CCC 845-846.
So the bottom line is that they choose the hermeneutic of discontinuity. It is schism with LG 8, 16 etc being exceptions, visible exceptions for the EENS etc.
I chose the hermeneutic of continuity with Tradition. Ad Gentes 7 is aligned with EENS while Lumen Gentium 8 etc are not exceptions for EENS or AG 7.
So how can there be a pope, cardinal and bishop who does not affirm the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms rationally but instead irrationally, and so is mot magisterial and apostolic but schismatic. He has to correct the error to be apostolic and magisterial.
Similarly the new Prefect for the Dicastery for Communications, Vatican, according to Canon Law must be a practising Catholic who affirms the teachings so the Catholic Church.
10. Maria Montse Alvarado is irrational and nontraditional on the Creeds, Councils and catechisms,just like Michael Warsaw at EWTN.
She is colored and a woman and so meets leftist priorities for the Vatican, but religiously she must be able to affirm the Creeds in the original and in public.
I affirm the Athanasius Creed with no known exceptions of invisible cases of the baptism of desire and being saved in invisible ignorance in individual cases in 2026. Can she say the same?
I affirm the Nicene Creed,’ I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins ’. It is the baptism of water. I do not affirm three or more visible baptisms (desire, blood) which exclude the baptism of water. There are no objective cases of being saved with the baptism of water outside the Church. We cannot meet or see someone saved outside the Catholic Church without ‘faith and baptism and instead in invincible ignorance
I affirm the Apostles which refers to ‘the Holy Spirit , the Holy Catholic Church’, which for me today says outside the Catholic Church, Jesus Mystical Body there is no salvation. So there is a continuity with the Magisterium and missionaries, for example, of the 16th century. Can she say the same?
I am in the ‘one, holy catholic and apostolic Church (Nicene Creed) in which Vatican Council II says all need faith and baptism for salvation (AG 7). So Vatican Council II is ecclesiocnetric and traditional. It has the hermeneutic of continuity with an ecumenism, of return to the Catholic Church of the Syllabus of Pius IX. Can she say the same?’
How can she be appointed the Prefect of the Disastery ?
