The issue is that Pope Leo, the cardinals and the bishop conferences, do not affirm:-
1. The Nicene Creed with Lumen Gentium 16 being invisible.i.e invisible cases of non Catholics saved in invincible ignorance outside the Church in for example 2026.
2. They do not affirm the Athanasius Creed with LG 16 invisible.
3. They do not affirm an ecumenism of return to the Catholic Church of the Syllabus of Pius IX, with no known exceptions in the present times.LG 16 is invisible.
4. They do not affirm a Vatican Council II with LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA2 ,Gs 22 etc being implicit and not explicit cases. They are hypothetical and invisible.
5. They do not affirm the Catechism of the Catholic Church with CCC 847-848 not being an explicit exception for CCC 845-846.
Instead they wrongly project the following:-
1. Invisible cases of LG 8, 14, 16 etc are seen as visible examples of salvation outside ether Catholic Church and so are explicit exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) of the Council of Florence..
2. For them the Nicene Creed, ‘I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins’ has exceptions.Before 1949 there were no exceptions.
3. The Athanasius Creed also has exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II for them.
4. Vatican Council II is a rupture with Tradition ( EENS etc) for them but not for me.
5. A Catechism of the Catholic Church in which CCC 847-848, for them, contradicts, CCC 845-846.
So the bottom line is that they choose the hermeneutic of discontinuity. It is schism with LG 8, 16 etc being exceptions, visible exceptions for the EENS etc.
I chose the hermeneutic of continuity with Tradition. Ad Gentes 7 is aligned with EENS while Lumen Gentium 8 etc are not exceptions for EENS or AG 7.
So how can there be a pope, cardinal and bishop who does not affirm the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms rationally but instead irrationally, and so is mot magisterial and apostolic but schismatic. He has to correct the error to be apostolic and magisterial.
Similarly the new Prefect for the Dicastery for Communications, Vatican, according to Canon Law must be a practising Catholic who affirms the teachings so the Catholic Church.
10. Maria Montse Alvarado is irrational and nontraditional on the Creeds, Councils and catechisms,just like Michael Warsaw at EWTN.
She is colored and a woman and so meets leftist priorities for the Vatican, but religiously she must be able to affirm the Creeds in the original and in public.
I affirm the Athanasius Creed with no known exceptions of invisible cases of the baptism of desire and being saved in invisible ignorance in individual cases in 2026. Can she say the same?
I affirm the Nicene Creed,’ I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins ’. It is the baptism of water. I do not affirm three or more visible baptisms (desire, blood) which exclude the baptism of water. There are no objective cases of being saved with the baptism of water outside the Church. We cannot meet or see someone saved outside the Catholic Church without ‘faith and baptism and instead in invincible ignorance
I affirm the Apostles which refers to ‘the Holy Spirit , the Holy Catholic Church’, which for me today says outside the Catholic Church, Jesus Mystical Body there is no salvation. So there is a continuity with the Magisterium and missionaries, for example, of the 16th century. Can she say the same?
I am in the ‘one, holy catholic and apostolic Church (Nicene Creed) in which Vatican Council II says all need faith and baptism for salvation (AG 7). So Vatican Council II is ecclesiocnetric and traditional. It has the hermeneutic of continuity with an ecumenism, of return to the Catholic Church of the Syllabus of Pius IX. Can she say the same?’
How can she be appointed the Prefect of the Disastery ?
We can interpret the Athanasius Creed etc with LG 8, 14, 16 etc being visible or invisible in the present times and the conclusion will be different.
With LG 16 visible there are explicit exceptions for th Athanasius Creed, the dogma EENS, the Nicene Creed etc
With LG 16 invisible there are no explicit exceptions for the Athanasius Creed, the dogma EENS etc.
