Vatican Denies Idol Liturgy Despite Video Evidence
At the October 25 Amazon Synod’s presser, Paolo Ruffini, the Prefect of the Dicastery for Communication, said about the October 4 pagan ceremony in the Vatican gardens that there was "no ritual," and that "no prostration took place.”
He even insisted that "it was explained before" that "this did not happen,” as if repeating counterfactual statements would create reality.
The footage of the pagan event, published by Vatican Media, proves that there was a ritual, and that idolatrous prostrations were performed.
After Ruffini’s stunt, Cristiane Murray, the Deputy-Director of the Holy See Press Office, clapped, though nobody joined her.
According to Cardinal Barreto (video), Murray is a co-founder of the Synod’s organiser REPAM, however she denied this twice. She is a leftwing radical who even had a poster of the French Communist Party near her Vatican Radio desk.

If they want to deny prostration before Pachamama, that must mean they acknowledge the act would be idolatry.
I would like to see any news outlet take this denial and pass it on as truth because any news outlet already knows it is false.

Then the Vatican comes back later and admits it was pagan worship, but "so what?"
