Today, 21st October, 2011, an unprecedented thing has happened. St Paul's cathedral was closed by the Dean and Chapter. Even though this is a Church of England stronghold, one cannot help be saddened that Sir Christopher Wren's masterpiece would no longer be open to the public; the glory of the British Empire - and all that!
May the "occupy London' movement which caused this glorious monument to close, be suitable removed soon!
