Is Fr. Robert Barron a Product of the "New Evangelization"?
Fr. Robert Barron at Real Clear Religion wrote a column, “No good without God.”
Most Catholics of a conservative bent would undoubtedly consider Fr. Barron’s reflection an unimpeachable representation of sound Catholic thought.
In truth, however, it’s really just more of the same quasi-nondenominational religious speak that has come to define the “New Evangelization” as our churchmen, from your local deacon all the way up to the highest offices in Rome, tiptoe around the objective truth that the Holy Catholic religion stands above any other, and that Christ the King, her Divine Founder, is the one true God who reigns above the many false gods of the world.
Where does this aversion to actual evangelization (i.e., evangelization as the Apostles would recognize it) come from?
In large measure, it is the result of the so-called “American contribution” to the Second Vatican Council!

Man steals Eucharist from Catholic chapel (VIDEO)
It was a brazen, and blasphemous crime. A Catholic community in northern New Mexico is beside itself after a man burst into the adoration chapel at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, and stole something very precious to them.
On Tuesday afternoon, police conducted a search warrant, and arrested 39-year-old Isaac Morfin for burglary and larceny. Online court records show Morfin has a criminal record dating back more than a decade.

Pope Writes Letter to Homosexual Catholics (Italy)
Pope Francis turned to pen and paper to respond to a letter from a group of gay and lesbian Italian Catholics sent in June, according to the Italian daily La Repubblica (Note: this account in English relies on a Google translation; it may be imperfect). The group had written to Pope Francis in a personal appeal to to be recognized as people and not as a "category." A leader of the impromptu committee said as gay Catholics they had in the past written to other members of the church leadership in Italy and had always before been rewarded with silence.
In their letter, a group of gay and lesbian Catholics organized into the group, Kairos of Florence, asked for openness and dialogue, noting that closure to discussion "always feeds homophobia." The members were shocked to receive a personal response to their appeal from Pope Francis.

In order to understand traditional belief, we need to look at the long history of salvation, from the fall of Adam and Eve till now. That includes all of the Bible (every word and especially those of Jesus), the Catholic Church’s teaching (The Apostolic Deposit of Faith & 1980 years of Church Teaching) and the lives and writings of the saints (especially the Church Fathers and Doctors of the Church). I will do this in parts because it is too complex to rush through.
To sum it up quickly we can say God blessed us with creation. But then the first woman and man rebelled against God by believing the devil and disobeying God. We have the Old Testament full of rebellion, blood shed, and idolatry. God blesses obedience and punishes and curses those who are disobedient. Finally He sends His only Son to reveal pure truth, mercy and blessings. He is rejected by most, followed by a few. He conquers the …

Mysterious priest performs miracle at site of Mercedes crash
Emergency crews spent an hour and a half trying to extricate a 19-year-old Quincy woman trapped in her in crushed car on Missouri 19 near Center, Missouri.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says 26-year-old Aaron Smith crossed the center line, hitting Katie Lentz head-on.
About an hour into the rescue, Katie asked rescue workers to pray out loud with her. That's when a priest appeared out of no where.
