Neither the Ebola outbreak nor the ongoing Boko Haram crisis in Nigeria prevented U.S. President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden from raising the issue of homosexuality during last week’s U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit in Washington. The American leaders, along with other current and former Obama administration officials, capitalized on economic concerns to encourage African leaders to expand legal protections and privileges for homosexuals and call for cultural acceptance of homosexuality.
Asked repeatedly by African leaders what the continent’s largely war-torn, impoverished nations can do to promote economic growth and development, Obama and Biden both said African countries need to make themselves more gay-friendly if they want to attract more aid, talent, and investment from Western nations.

The Friars set up a booth at the finish line of the Boston Gay Pride 2014 parade. Well, there is nothing wrong with that is there? If they were trying to get these sinners to reform and follow Catholic teaching it would be another matter. Look at the message they were promoting.
Straight out of the mouth of Francis, "Who am I to judge?" It doesn't stop there as the grand marshals for the parade were the 'Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence'. These cross dressing sodomites mock the Catholic Faith with regularity and are a grotesquely perverted group.
Not only did the Friars have a booth at this parade but they also sold t-shirts, buttons, hats, water bottles, dog tags, key chains, clocks, bags, aprons, wall decals, magnets, and bumper stickers with the "Who an I to judge" phrase and the Franciscan crucifix in rainbow colors!
These Friars are in the Diocese of Boston and are underneath Cardinal Sean O'Malley, one of Francis' favorites …

In the same week that the University of Notre Dame approved of a gay student organization, The Catholic University of America denied official recognition to a gay student organization on campus, reportedly citing a concern that it could become an “advocacy group.”
CUAllies, on their Facebook page, compared the denial to being “denied Communion.”
As readers of Campus Notes see often, LGBT organizations often violate Catholic teaching despite obligations to uphold it. The Cardinal Newman Society has documented the damage that activist and social groups can do, such as drag shows being held on Catholic campuses or advocating gay “marriage.”

Pope acknowledges "bad fish" in Church
VATICAN CITY (Reuters) - Pope Benedict urged lapsed and lukewarm Roman Catholics on Thursday to rediscover their faith but acknowledged there are "bad fish" in the Church itself.
The pope made his comments at two large events before thousands of people in St. Peter's Square on the 50th anniversary of the opening of the Second Vatican Council, a far-reaching event in the Church's 2,000-year history.
"Recent decades have seen the advance of a spiritual desertification," he said in his sermon of a morning Mass, opening a worldwide "Year of Faith".
"We see it all around us ... the void has spread," he said.
"In these years, we have seen that there is discord in the vineyard of the Lord, we have seen that in the net of Peter (St Peter, the first apostle) there are bad fish, that human fragility exists even in the Church," he said.
