Since the SSPX and the sedes will not affirm VC 2 rational and so traditional and so also the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, with no known exceptions. Pope Leo and the cardinals do not want to affirm VC 2 rational in harmony with EENS, the Athanasius Creed and the excclesiology of the Roman Missal. So the SSPX etc are towing the line and just saying that they reject VC 2, in a vague way. This is acceptable for the Left. They want the SSPX to say that VC2 is a break with Tradition and so they reject it. But they do not want the SSPX etc to say that VC 2 is aligned with the dogma EENS, the Athnanasius Creed and an ecumenism of return of the Syllabus of Pius IX. It is the same with the Most Holy Family Monastery NY, of Bro. Peter and Michael Dimond. They are acceptable to the Left since they will not affirm Vatican Council II etc rationally and so the Council will be aligned with the traditionalists. They are part of the controlled opposition. Subdued and tolerated. They are allowed to function un-hindered. But if they affirm Vatican Council II rational in line with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus of the Council of Florence 1442 then this would be unacceptable for the political Left.
