FSSPX Bishops Attend Meeting with Cardinal Fernández - Report
FSSPX Bishops Fellay and Galarreta will accompany Father Davide Pagliarani, Superior General of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X, to the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith to meet the Prefect, Cardinal Tucho Fernández, writes Niwa Limbu of TheCatholicHerald.com on X.com.
If the information is accurate, Cardinal Fernández will also have a team prepared.
Last week, the Substack.com-Account The Pillar claimed that the upcoming meeting would be limited to Fr Pagliarani and Cardinal Fernández. It added that the two bishops had been involved in earlier discussions but would not be present on Thursday.

The SSPX making deals with a homosexual disguised as a cardinal? Let the satanic party continue!
@SonoftheChurch
"It's time to urinate or get off the potty."

The former is what the "Great" Father of "Vatican II" and spiritual father or one Quran-kissing post-conciliar "saint" - Yves Congar did in fact twice at the door of the Holy Office.
I pray SSPX will not step back before insane revolutionary minds in today Vatican.
Tucho should go back to Argentina-land of Pachamama, to join the spirit of his boss. He's no authority on Catholic Church matters and Leo XIV with all due respect, must decide on whether he wants to be 'Pope' of the Catholic Church or dress like a pope of the modernist synodal circus! (after Bergoglio). Offer the Rosary that SSPX triumphs, for the salvation of Traditional Catholic Doctrine. Amen.
Tucho is going into the meeting with a team of his best theologians and debaters. The SSPX will not budge one inch, and not much will become of it. It will be interesting to see if Tucho issues a warning of possible consequences. The Pope should intervene give them full faculties and say to them you have 5 years to work out doctrinal clarifications, come to an agreement and sign a letter of submission to the Pope. If unsuccessful at the end of the term, then all is revoked.
Great plan, but I'd only give them 2 years not 5. They've already been at this far, far too long. They know what ultimately must be agreed to, the parameters within which they can negotiate, and what the deal breakers are. It's time to urinate or get off the potty. Two years only....that's enough time.
Did God lost credibility because he had a thief/betrayer whom he knew he was thief/betrayer? The same is true with the SSPX... @Boanerges Boanerges I understand your pain, but all has to be done by the book, like our Lord did, dont worry.
The best the SSPX ever did outside of what future st. Lefevbre did, was to get a true pope to lift the excommunications and enjoyed Benedict XVI document on the latin mass, so having that on paper was super essential.
The stance of SSPX was that there had never been valid excommunications i.e. there was nothing to remove/lift. At the same time they did not enjoy BXVI's SP as it had been a very ambiguous document.
@Boanerges Boanerges
Let us see. In 2012 Msgr. Fellay almost destroyed SSPX dealing with papa Ratzinger so I hope Fr. Pagliarani and Msgr. Galarreta will be more firm and assertive.
Ughh, this is so embarrassing: SSPX and Soft-Porn-Tucho...Why are they legitimizing public heretics? Talk about losing credibility!
Did Christ lose credibility by having Judas as an apostle? Fr. John Hardon said he did it so we would not be scandalized and lose faith when we had bad bishops. I expect he included bad popes.
Yes but once Judas became betrayer neither Christ nor Apostles pretended Judas was a holy man like SSPX pretends Bergoglio and Prevost are Holy Fathers and Popes. Quite contrary Jesus right away called him "son of perdition" and Evangelists clearly called Judas a betrayer
Can someone objectively hold heretical opinions and subjectivity have mitigated culpability? Can a men of good faith have contrary judgments? Can some bishops be without fault when they hold opinions contrary to opinions that we judge as true?
