Fr. Georges de Laire interpreted Vatican Council II irrationally. This is dishonest. He does it still. There is no denial from the Curia in the Diocese of Manchester, USA. They do the same. For all of them, ‘the red is an exception for the blue’. This is a canonical issue. The Diocese must interpret the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms only rationally .
Laire issued a Decree of Precepts and Prohbitions in 2019against the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the religious community at the St. Benedict Center in Richmond, New Hampshire . It is still not lifted. They held the strict, traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus of the Council of Florence 1442. This Council did not mention any exceptions. So EENS is now aligned with Vatican Council II interpreted rationally i.e ‘the red is not an exception for the blue’, as held by the community in New Hampshire.
Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and Archbishops Giacomo Morandi and Augustine di Noia supported Laire. But no questions asked, in public, were answered by them. The issue was doctrinal they mentioned.

CARDINAL SEAN O MALLEY
The diocese of Manchester is a suffragen diocese of the Archdiocese of Boston, where Cardinal Sean O’Malley also interprets Vatican Council II by confusing what is invisible as being visible, unknown as being known and then he supports the liberal and nontraditional conclusions.
The St.Benedict Center is rational on Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church but the Hierarchy is not.
So now we have two versions of the Creeds when there is a reference to the baptism of desire. One is traditional (invisible baptism of desire) and the other is not (visible baptism of desire). The latter has exceptions for the dogma EENS, the Athanasius Creed etc.
Pope Leo chooses the irrational interpretation of the baptism of desire. So the Athanasius Creed has exceptions for him. Vatican Council II too also would have exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, for him, but not for the St. Benedict Center.

MICHAEL VORIS
When the Decree of Prohibitions was issued against the SBC, Michael Voris went to New Hampshire and interviewed Brother Andre Marie micm, the Prior at the SBC. There was no statement issued on Vatican Council II, the baptism of desire and EENS, rational and irrational by the diocese and neither the CDF.
Everyone had to interpret Magisterial Documents irrationally to support general liberalism. This is even though I e-mailed the diocese many times.I sent them reports from my blog Eucharist and Mission.Fr.Georges de Laire did not announce that he would be interpreting Vatican Council II, and the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms only rationally. Neither did he ask Damien and Simcha Fisher in New Hampshire, who had been covering the Michael Voris issue, to do the same. But Vatican Council II can only be interpreted rationally. The irrational version is non apostolic and non magisterial.Canonically a Judicial Vicar must affirm the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms, otherwise it is a scandal.

THOMAS MORE COLLEGE IN NH
The false interpretation of Vatican Council II is approved by the diocese of Manchester for all the religious communities. It is approved by the diocese and the Cardinal Newman Society for all the educational institutions in New Hampshire. It is approved for the Thomas More College of Liberal Arts in New Hampshire. It is taught in Rome by Paul Collins, whom I have met. – Lionel Andrades
