WHOSE MONEY IS PAYING FOR THIS OUTRAGE? When will the sodomites and rapists, whose continued vile, filthy, unnatural abominations and sexual violations are bankrupting whole Dioceses, be held accountable? Those perpetrators still alive should be the primary ones bearing a very heavy punitive cost for their degeneracy, along with the Bishops still living who cover up their unspeakable perversions and give them plush Priestly assignments. Like the French Bishop who appointed his boy-raping Priest as the Chancellor of his Diocese. For the Faithful, who contribute sacrificially towards the mission of Holy Mother Church and her works and upkeep, to bear this financial burden brought on by perverted, criminal Priests and Religious, is untenable and unsustainable. This is madness! Especially since it is clear that the hierarchy of the Church refuses to identify and deal severely with the root of the problem, which is: the massive proliferation of sodomites in the Priesthood. May God help us all and deliver His Church out of the foul, iniquitous hands of those who seek to utterly destroy her.

Rochester's Catholic diocese reaches $246 million settlement in clergy abuse case

TOPICS:
Rochester, N.Y. — The Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester has reached a settlement with survivors of clergy sex abuse.
The settlement, totaling $246 million, includes a $120 million agreement with Continental Insurance Company, a holdout insurer.
This settlement is a major development in the diocese's Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, which began in 2019 following numerous lawsuits filed under the Child Victims Act.
The act allowed survivors of childhood sexual abuse to file claims that had previously been barred by the statute of limitations.
The committee representing the survivors negotiated the settlement, which aims to provide compensation and closure to those affected by the abuse.
