FSSPX Asked Leo XIV to “Preserve Current Exceptional Situation”

Last summer, Fr Davide Pagliarani, the superior of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X, wrote to the Holy Father to request an audience, he said on Fsspx.news on February 5.

Having received no reply, he wrote another letter a few months later: “I mentioned our doctrinal disagreements, but also our sincere desire to serve the Catholic Church tirelessly, for we are servants of the Church despite our canonically unrecognized status.”

In January, he received a response from Cardinal Tucho Fernández: “Unfortunately, it does not take our proposal into account in any way, nor does it offer anything that responds to our requests,” Fr Pagliarani comments, revealing what his proposal had entailed. He had asked the Holy See “to be allowed to continue in our exceptional situation temporarily”.

"It seems to me that such a proposal is both realistic and reasonable, and that it could be approved by the Holy Father."

The episcopal consecrations are “an extreme means, proportionate to a real and equally extreme necessity” as the two bishops of the society grow older: “Souls need priests. And to have priests, bishops are required, not influencers.”

He adds that Leo XIV is determined to preserve the line of Francis as an irreversible path for the entire Church. Francis imposed “catastrophic decisions on the entire Church, such as authorizing Communion for the divorced and remarried or the blessing of same-sex couples”.

Pope Leo wants 'welcome and inclusion' for everyone except Roman Catholics. Ironic.

Note that they publicly requested a meeting with Prevost, and Prevost responded by sending them to meet with the apostate, homosexual, anti-Marian Tucho Fernandez.
Prevost's obstinacy in not having repudiated the pro-sodomy pamphlets Fiducia Supplicans and the pro-fornication Amoris Laetitia, and Bergoglio's entire apostate agenda, demonstrates to them that he is an enemy of God and of the Church. Jesus commanded his disciples to shake the dust off their feet against those who reject his Holy Gospel.
St. Thomas Cajetan, O.P. (1469-1534)
Theologian and Cardinal
He points out that the famous axiom "Ubi Petrus, ibi Ecclesia" (Where the Pope is, there is also the Church) holds true only when he acts and behaves as the Pope, because Peter "is subject to the duties of the Office" otherwise," neither is the Church in him, nor is he in the Church.
Unless their intention is to demonstrate that Rome is pagan and that they cannot reach an agreement, they are showing that they want to establish an alliance with the disciples of Satan. I can't imagine Saint Michael trying to make pacts with Lucifer and his apostate angels.

I pray it is a very, very brief meeting!

"Last summer, I wrote to the Holy Father requesting an audience. Having received no reply, I wrote him another letter a few months later, in a simple, filial manner, without concealing any of our needs."
"To this second letter, we received a reply from Rome a few days ago, from Cardinal Fernández. Unfortunately, it completely disregards the proposal we put forward and offers nothing that addresses our concerns."
"With the legacy left to us by Pope Francis, the fundamental reasons that justified the 1988 consecrations remain fully valid and, in many respects, appear even more relevant than ever."
"The future remains in the hands of the Holy Father and, of course, Providence. Nevertheless, it must be acknowledged that the Holy See is sometimes capable of demonstrating a certain pragmatism, even surprising flexibility, when it is convinced it is acting for the good of souls."
(In regards to meeting the hopes of meeting the Pope)
"Yes, absolutely! It seems extremely important to me to be able to speak with the Holy Father, and there are many things I would be happy to share with him that I haven't been able to write down. Unfortunately, the response I received from Cardinal Fernández does not provide for an audience with the Pope. Instead, it mentions the threat of further sanctions."
