One doesn’t have to go across the Antarctic ice plateau to see or photograph it. 
Why are there no pictures of the edge where the ice finishes and the "dome" starts? Why don't we organise trips to there. I am sure, everybody wants to see this.

A guy called Mike Hughes managed (2018) to build a homemade rocket for only about $20,000 Dollar to take pictures exactly at 1,875 feet - because only at exactly that level the globe looks flat.
In the glorious Middle Ages nobody believed in a flat earth. Maybe, modern flat earthers - the idea of a flat earth was invented only about 150 years old - like Hughes are trying to mislead others just for their fun, provocation, maybe out of frustration with their miserable lives.

1) Water spilling: Antartic ice wall/barrier holds the water in.
Spilling also implies there is an actual up/down. Globe model astronomically more preposterous: water sticks on the surface of a spherical object? And some people are right side up and others like in Australia upside down?
The Globe model can’t hold water.
2) Shape of Australia: you actually know independently what it is?

You haven’t debunked that the surface MUST be flat. But glad you are thinking about properties of water. Water requires a container. The Antarctic ice barrier/wall is what holds the waters in.
