PAOLO RUFFINI NOW KNOWS THAT THE SSPX HAS A DOCTRINAL OPTION AT THE TALKS
The Prefect of the Dicastery for Communications, Vatican, now knows after our meeting last Friday that Lumen Gentium 16 refers to an invisible case in 2026 and so it is not an explicit for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( EENS).
So Bishop Bernard Fellay the former Superior General of the SSPX, before he is excommunicated a second time, can affirm LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA , GS 22 etc, in Vatican Council II, as being hypothetical and invisible cases only in 1965-2026.
This would be the rational interpretation of Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise (invisible people are invisible; LG 16 refers to an invisible case in 2026).
So when Ad Gentes 7 ( all need faith and baptism for salvation) is aligned with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( Council of Florence 1442) and LG 8, 14, 16 etc are not explicit exceptions for AG 7 or EENS, then Vatican Council II ( AG 7) is eclesiocenrric.
So we have the same text of Vatican Council II before us but the interpretation has changed. The Council is no more liberal. It is traditional.
This has happened without us having to change the words or make any correction in the text of Vatican Council II.
So they affirm Vatican Council II rational (LG 16 invisible) and reject Vatican Council II irrational (LG visible).
They do not have to affirm Vatican Council II dishonestly like Archbishop Rino Fisichella and Fr. Antonio Spadero sj.
Paolo Ruffini did not object when I told him that LG 16 for me, referred to an invisible case. It is is something obvious. Even, Sr. Nina Benedikta Krapic, the new Vice Director of the Holy See Press Office. Who was standing nearby when I spoke to Ruìffini, would not object.
Matteo Bruni, the Director of the Vatican Press Office has not issued a statement saying LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, GS 22 etc refer to objective, visible and personally known people in 2026 saved outside the Church without ‘faith and baptism’( AG 7).
So the Press Office is now telling us that the SSPX has an option in the interpretation of Vatican Council I.
The Council is traditional and so should not be an issue for them.
The Dicatery for Communications recogines that the Council is traditional and so should be an issue for the SSPX.
It should not be an issue also for the sedevacatnists (MHT, CMRI etc), with whom also dialogue could begin.
Bit it means Cardinal Fernandez as a Catholic in good standing with the Church, must affirm the Athanasius Creed which no exceptions, the dogma EENS with no excerptions mentioned in Vatican Council II and an ecumenism of return of the Syllabus of Pius IX, with no exceptions known in real life.
It means Card Fernandez must affirm Vatican Council II, de fide teachings all Magisterial Documents, interpreted rationally. This is obligatory.
So before Sr. Nina Benedict Krapic and Sister Simona Brambilla, a member of the Dicastery for the Bishops, take an oath of office, it is must be understood that they interpret Vatican Council II only rationally.
The irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II would create exceptions for the dogma EENS and so schism with for example, the Magisterium and missionaries of the 16th century on EENS with no known exceptions.
So before a bishop is consecrated by Pope Leo or the SSPX, it must be understood that the new bishop interprets Vatican Council II only rationally,with LG 16 invisible.
It also means the cardinal, bishops and religious communities , in general, are in schisms today with Vatican Council II irrational created with the Irrational Premise ( invisible people are visible , LG 16 is a visible case in 2026).
Then the issue is- how can a College of Cardinals, who are in heresy and schism with Vatican Council II irrational, elect Pope Leo, who does the same?
All the bishops conferences must interpret Vatican Council Ii rationally, otherwise their lex orandi , is not that of the Catholic Church over the centuries, when thethe rational premse wads usewd to interpret the Creeds, Co7uncil sand catechisms
So there can no more be a Fernadez- Pagaliani dialogue based upon Vatican Council II irrationall
The SSPX must announce that they are ready for talks but only with Vatican Council II rational
Paolo Ruffici could clarify for Cardinal Fernandez that LG 16 is an invisible case for him in 2026.
When Vatican Council II is traditional then the religious liberty , collegiality etc are no more an issue. They became an issue only when the Council was liberal and schismatic.
