Abp Lefebvre fought the good fight against the dubious 'New Mass' and most of all against the degradation of the priesthood. Padre Pio saw his deep holiness and prudence.

Athanasius was expulled to exile because he opposed Arianism but after a while his reputation was restored. Today he's a Saint.
The same will happen to H.E. Archbishop Lefebvre because he stood rock-hard against the floods of so called but never intended reformations and destructions after Vatican II. And FSSPX could not more be ignored.
These are not "two saints in one photo" (except maybe in someone's imagination). This is a humble saint kissing the ring of a schismatic bishop. Fact!
you are totally wrong my dear and one day you will see your error . The modern church is schismatic, not Lefebvre who was a real catholic hero !!!
That is what all the followers of heretics say: "one day the whole world will see that we are right and everyone else is wrong". But until that day (that probably will never come) the fact is that Mgr. Lefebvre is a schismatic and padre Pio is a saint.
