WITH VATICAN COUNCIL II RATIONAL IN HARMONY WITH FEENEYITE TRADITION THE SSPX ACCEPTS THE COUNCIL FOR CANONICAL RECOGNITION AND CONSECRATING BISHOPS : THE VATICAN CONDITION IS MET

If the corresspondents of the liberal and schismatic National Catholic Reporter interpreted Vatican Council II rationally i.e. Ad Gentes 7 is aligned with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) and implicit and hypothetical cases of LG 8,14, 16 etc, are not explicit examples of salvation in the present times and so are not exceptions for AG 7 and EENS, then the NCR is affirming the EENS of the Council of Florence which did not also mention any exceptions. The NCR supports Tradition like the Latin Mass traditionalists, Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center in New Hampshire, USA.

So with Vatican Council II rational, the NCR is no more liberal and schismatic. With Vatican Council II and the old exclusivist ecclesiology the NCR returns to traditional faith, morals and ecclesiocentric mission. There is a return to the traditional ecclesiocentric ecumenism and inter-religious dialogue which is part of traditional mission. There is an obligation to proclaim the Social Reign of Christ the King in all political legislation and the non separation of the Catholic Church and the Catholic State, to save souls from the fires of Hell.
So when the bishops, priests and laity of the Society of St. Pius X ( SSPX ) also interpret Vatican Council II rationally, like the NCR, with the Rational Premise ( invisible people are invisible in 2026, LG 16 refers to an invisible case), the SSPX also affirms the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) of the Council of Florence 1442. This is in doctrinal harmony with the St. Benedict Center in NH.

This is Vatican Council II with LG 16 invisible instead of the Vatican Council II of Karl Rahner with LG 16 visible. Upon this objective error Rahner created a New Theology which says outside the Catholic Church there is known salvation in the present times.
When Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez and Fr Davide Pagliarani and the SSPX bishops interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise they both will be aligned with Feeneyite Tradition, that of the SBC in New Hampshire. The Council is no more liberal and divisive.
The SSPX meets Pope Leo’s condition to accept Vatican Council II (which can only be interpreted rationally). So they then have the right to canonical recognition and the freedom to consecrate bishops, in harmony with a pope who also interprets Vatican Council II rationally.

Morally, the pope, cardinals and bishops are expected to be rational and not irrational, honest and not dishonest.
With Vatican Council II rational in harmony with Feeneyite Tradition, that of the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century, the SSPX accepts Vatican Council II for canonical recognition and consecrating bishops. The Vatican condition has been met.
The SSPX can affirm Vatican Council II, rational and Feeneyite Tradition. It is not either-or. Presently they affirm Vatican Council II rational and Cushingite Tradition. This is modernism.
Pope Leo also interprets Vatican Council II irrationally like the SSPX and the sedevacantists. He supports Cushingite Tradition and Cushingite liberalism. --Lionel Andrades
