PAOLO RUFFINI’S CLARIFICATION IS NEEDED : WITH LG-16 INVISIBLE ALL THE BISHOPS WILL BE TRADITIONALIST IN THE FUTURE

1. With Vatican Council II rational, the SSPX must begin talks and postpone the consecration to August 1.

2. With LG 16 invisible, the bishops approved, appointed and consecrated have to become traditionalists since the Council will be traditionalist. It would be the same for Pope Leo and the SSPX.

3. With LG 16 invisible, Cardinal Fernandez has to accept Tradition (EENS etc) or continue in schism.

4. There cannot be a dialogue with a cardinal who continues to interpret Vatican Council II irrationally.

5. With LG 16 invisible the cases of Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, Arlington Discalced Carmelite Sisters etc have to be reviewed. They were judged when Vatican Council II was interpreted irrationally.

6. The SSPX should not postpone talks since Vatican Council II rational, really supports them and not Pope Leo.

Paolo Ruffini, the Director of the Vatican Dicastery for Communications whom I briefly met on Friday needs to clarify reports on social media. They state that Vatican Council II with LG 16 being invisible supports the SSPX and not Pope Leo.

When Fernandez and Pagliarani agree that LG 16 refers to an invisible case and so is not an explicit exception for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus in 2026, then the liberal-traditionalist division ends. Fernandez and Pagliarani are on the same side. Doctrine is common. There is no liberalism any more. So when the SSPX and Pope Leo consecrate bishops, the bishops can only be traditional. This is because Vatican Council II has now changed. It has become ecclesiocentric and traditional. The Church is traditional once again.

I repeat, with Vatican Council II rational ( i.e. LG 8, 1r,. 16 , UR 3, NA 2 , GS 22 etc refer to only hypothetical, theoretical and non real cases in 2026) the Fernandez – Pagliarani division ends.

Every bishop consecrated in the Church has to be traditional, since the Council is no more liberal. With Ad Gentes 7 it is aligned with EENS and LG 16 etc are not explicit exceptions for EENS or AG 7. There are no exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II for the exclusivist ecclesiology of the Roman Missal of the Latin Mass.

Since we have unity in doctrine with LG 16 invisible it does not matter, in a sense, who appoints bishops - they are all forced to be traditionalist because the Council is now traditionalist. It is ecclesiocentric on extra ecclesiam ulla salus like the missionaries and Magisterium, for example, in the 16th century.

So without changing the text of the Council, but only changing the premise and inference, we have a Vatican Council II whose conclusion is traditional. It is now different.

So Bishop Bernard Fellay, the sedevacantist Bishop Donald Sanborn and the SSPX Resistance bishops, now have a Vatican Council II, rational, which supports them. So they can demand that Pope Leo also consecrate, appoint or approve bishops, who interpret Vatican Council II rationally and so traditionally like them.

The Council is no more a reason for the traditionalists to go into sedevacantism or schism. It is Pope Leo and Cardinal Fernandez who are now divisive, with Vatican Council II, irrational. It is with Vatican Council II irrational that they are liberal and so do not approve SSPX bishops who will reject Vatican Council II irrationally and so tradition.

The pope, cardinals and bishops, must affirm the dogma EENS, the Athanasius Creed and the past eclesiocentric ecclesiology, since there are no exceptions mentioned any more in Vatican Council II, rational.

When the ecclesiology of Vatican Council II is the same as the time of the Papal States in Europe, then collegiality, religious liberty, ecumenism etc are not an issue. They are an issue when Vatican Council II is irrational and so schismatic.

So before the SSPX General Council issues a statement, Paolo Ruffini could clarify if LG 16 refers to an invisible case for Cardinal Fernandez. –Lionel Andrades
