Brits in Spain will have to wear a mask on the beach...and in the sea

As the popular destination dangles on a precipice of a new wave of Covid-19 infections, Spanish authorities said it will be mandatory for all people aged six and over to wear face coverings “on public streets, in outdoor spaces and in any closed space that has a public use or is open to the public”. This will apply to people who are sunbathing or even swimming in the sea. But the social distancing aspect will be removed from Wednesday making masks essential no matter what the distance.
