Is There a Connection between Divine Mercy Devotion and Dignitas Infinita?

Could there be a connection between John Paul II's Divine Mercy Devotion and the new document the Vatican will be issuing on "Infinite Dignity?

St. Augustine says the devil deceives men in two ways: by despair and by hope. After the sinner has sinned, the devil tempts him to despair through terror of the Divine justice. Before he sinned, he encouraged him to it by the hope of Divine mercy. Therefore does the Saint give this counsel: After sin, hope for mercy: before sin, fear Judgment.

Indeed, almost every time the conciliar church starts talking about dignity, it says erroneous, heretical, or at least ambiguous things about it. For this reason, such texts usually have the value (dignity) of garbage. On the other hand, the document that will be published on Monday will probably contain a couple of right things, because, as Tucho promised, it will be something reassuring (sedative or soporific?) for Catholics (i.e. it will be something in the style of the modernists - two steps forward, to hell, and one step back).
