@franciszek44 I don't think Dr. Shaw sees the problems of the New Mass on the level of bureaucracy. He gives a very clear analyses of the current situation.
You are WRONG ! Mr. Joseph Shaw...
Problem with New Church after Vaticanum II is very clear.
It is not problem with bureaucracy.
It is about APOSTASY of Rome,
which we experience these days.
I appreciate a lot of what is being said. For instance, it makes sense that people would be drawn to Eucharistic Adoration because contemplation is a, "profound form of prayer" and a, "powerful spiritual engagement" that is not being experienced in the New Mass.
I'll just say it does put me off a bit to hear Dr. Shaw describe such a desire for contemplation as a, "fashion" among, more Conservative Catholics.
At one point he recognizes his speech might be interpreted as insulting to New Mass-goers. There are quite a few instances where he sounds too much to refer to, "them" vs. "us" and I hope does not impact listeners not already, "in the choir' in the wrong direction. In other words, to me it impacts, "share-ability."
All in all, this interview very much brings glimmers of hope and gets one thinking!
