Paul VI said: “In my view, it is better that a selection be made of Psalms more suitable to Christian prayer, and that the imprecatory and historical Psalms be omitted (though these last may be suitably use in certain circumstances." (Annibale Bugnini, The Reform of the Liturgy (1948-1975), Collegeville: Liturgical Press, 1990, p. 509).

Paul VI seems to me the one 'pontiff' who has the most to answer for in the destruction of the Faith. If it weren't for his errors & omissions we never would have had Francis & company.

He destroyed the faith just as much as Luther, Calvin and Henry VIII.

@ "Father" Karl A Clever and yet you call yourself a priest of this "faith."

I am a TLM Catholic, and I have always been conservative and anti-heretical, I am a priest of Jesus Christ, not of Paul VI or any of the modernist popes.

Yes, this Jesus Christ, whom you claim to serve, started a hierarchical Church, which you claim to be a member of. You began under the reign of "modernist popes" knowing, or culpably ignorant, that they were heretics and freely obeying them. I'm guessing you never spoke a single word, where anyone could hear you, against the heretics in the Seat of Peter, or you wouldn't still be a "priest." And the Latin Mass was completely outlawed from 1969 until 2007, that's 38 years. I'm sure you weren't a Latin Mass Catholic during all that time. The Catholic Church is a hierarchy. If you aren't under the Popes, you aren't Catholic. I don't know what kind of "priest" you purport to be, but religious priests take a vow of obedience. If you believe the Church was "destroyed" back in 1965, and you continue to put yourself out there as a "priest" of that Church, then you are a hypocrite and charlatan.

Modernist heretics love to pick and choose which parts of the Bible they want to discard.

The imprecatory psalms are irreplaceable. They are the bone chilling truth of God.

Exactly. It's easy to see where Paul VI went off the rails: the first few words - "In my view..." Uh, no I want & need GOD'S view = truth. It reminds one of Francis saying in his first encyclical: "I prefer..." I DON"T CARE WHAT YOU PREFER. WHAT IS GOD'S WILL?
