During the French Revolution, churches were used as stables to demonstrate the contempt of the revolutionaries for all religion- now we know how the modernists of the Church in Besançon think about the Faith once delivered to the eldest daughter of the Church, France.

It's hardly surprising. Cardinal Suenens said that Vatican II was the French Revolution in the Church. The leadership in the Church for about 20 years, beginning in 1960, was poor. Those men left behind a mess--vocations were lost and lives were ruined.
I think it was in Germany where they bhad almost the same thing, but worse... they had serpents, woman doing flexibility tricks, the bishop did a music solo and the Eucharist was given in tables as if it was some sort of a restaurant... Priests think they are innovating but what they are doing is SACRILEGE, may God have Mercy on all of us in this dark, dark times.
