When it was barely drizzling trump used an umbrella and the people and fake news mocked him for it. The next time he didn't have an umbrella. Again it wasn't raining hard as it was with Putin with pouring rain and strong winds. This is not a big deal at all.
To see the actual video was much worse than this picture shows.
This could have been another time it happened. But the wind was strong and the rain pounded down on him. He took his time and gave his respects as he always does. Rain or shine!
A huge difference. I remember the US Army regulations, men do not carry umbrella's. I should make the caveat in this comparison, real men!
