Parents Must Pay $30,441 to Son for Throwing Out His Porn Collection

David Werking, 43, was living for ten months with his parents in western Michigan following a divorce when he found out his porn collection was thrown into the rubbish by his parents.
Now, he won a lawsuit against them. The parents were ordered to pay $30,441 to him. U.S. District Judge Paul Maloney followed the value set by an “expert.”
The parents must additionally pay $14,500 to their son's attorney. “Frankly, David, I did you a big favor getting rid of all this stuff," his dad wrote in an email according to NbcWashington.com (August 27).
