@ACL...No, I am Not "worried" as you put it, although it may have come across that in my post. What do all the believers in Medjugore have to say about it? This is a cause though for concern. Why would Our Lady tell Vicka that and never in the past to any other "visionary" has she does? No to Sr. Lucia,..not to St. Bernadette, etc. etc. There is something very wrong!

@ Rope - Quite!! Tis like that Greek Catholic woman called Vasula Ryden who claimed to have 'locutions' and 'automatic writing' from our Lord and Our Lady. Both Vicka and Vasula offer information contrary to dogma, scripture and the Magesterium of the Roman Church. Holy Mother Church has indeed judged Vasula to be false, and so i am sure that She will judge Vicka et al, to be the same.
Adhere to Holy Mother Church, since, according to St Theresa De Avila, no angel or spirit can contravene scripture and the true Church on earth and claim to be sent by the Father! In the case of the Immaculate Conception, Our Lady had to produce many miracles to prove this dogma to be introduced. On the other hand, the date of Our Lady's birth is quite trivial compared with the great dogma of the Immaculate Conception (does it matter when she was born? Just that Our Lady was borne without any sin)...... So my dear, I would not worry too much about it.

Upon their investigation of the alleged apparitions at Medjugore, I certainly hope and pray that the Vatican is aware that Vicka claimed the Blessed Mother told her that her real birth-date was August 5th. This is tremendously confusing to say the least!
The Blessed Mother has NEVER, EVER, gone against what the Church has always held. And also Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerick AND Venerable Mary of Agreda, confirms with the Church as September 8th being the TRUE Birth-date of Our Lady.
Even if Medjugore gets an approval by the Holy See, I believe there will be MANY who will not believe in this, just for the fact as stated in the first paragraph. And there is much more to be considered before giving it the stamp of approval, Much more.
