The interpretation of Vatican Council II by the State Department, the Vatican, and the US Government is Cushingite and not Feneetite. It is irrational and dishonest. We now have a major discovery in the Catholic Church. Bishop Robert Barron can no more project LG 16 as being an exception for EEN, when he meets Ben Shapiro.
It means Pope Leo has to admit that all the Muslims in Iran are oriented to Hell, without faith and baptism (AG 7). There are no known exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council and none in real life. The norm for salvation if faith and baptism and not being saved in invincible ignorance (LG 16).In Heaven here are only Catholics who are there without mortal sins on their soul. This is the Catholic Church of Vatican Council II in 2026.
Vatican Council II is Feeneyite on EENS. AG 7 is aligned with the dogma EENS of the Council of Florence 1442.Invisible and hypothetical cases of LG 8, 14, 16 etc are not objective exceptions for the dogma EENS in 2026. They are not objective examples of salvation outside the the Catholic Church in 1965-2026.
AG 7 dominates in Vatican Council II with no objective exceptions mentioned in the Council-text.

There no more is a Vatican Council II irrational for me. The Council morally can only be rational.
It is in harmony with Tradition. There is no room for liberalism. I do not have to be a sedevacantist to affirm Tradition.
Vatican Council II is aligned with the Council of Florence 1442, EENS .Neither did Archbishop Lefebvre, Father Leonard Feeney, Cartdinal Ottaviani and Pope Paul VI- say this.
Dignitatis Humane (3) is traditional. It is based upon a conservative Vatican Council II, in which ‘the blue passages’ dominate and ‘the red passages ‘are not exceptions for the ‘the blue passages’.
So politically the Church still affirms EENS. This was not known to John Courtney Murray.
The New Missal of Pope Paul VI is Cushingite. It projects LG 8, 14, 16 as being explicit exceptions for EENS. So the Athanasius Creed, the dogma EENS and an ecumenism of return is made obsolete. It is not included in that Missal.
With EENS Feeneyite and Vatican Council II ecclesiocentrc, mission and outreach are once again ecclesiocenteric. Mission is no more Cushingite and only Christocentric like in Redemptoris Missio and Dominus of Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger.
The government in the USA for example, must be Catholic. Since outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation. (AG 7, CCC 845, 846).There must not be a separation of Church and State to save souls from Hell.
