Bluetooth or analogue frequency signals in people who have received experimental injection COVID-19. Delirium or reality?
Sadly the intermix of languages and cross terms makes this article difficult to read. Likely this was intentional.
However, bluetooth is still 2.4-2.8MHz. This frequency seldom will result in sympathetic vibrations of carbon particles.
I will hopefully find the study I found which predates the scamdemic and represented that carbon particles gather to create long pathways which can cause clotting. This gathering is called MOF or Metal Organic Framework which can be excited to self assemble into a lattice. And... NO it is above 2.4MHz.
There was no reference to magnetism, bluetooth, nor tracking. Just that 5G cellular signal frequencies (over 6GHz) can excite and cause this behavior.
Here is something more realistic than the bluetooth false flag while I locate another article.

Still not the article I wanted... but this was related to using Graphene in electronics and specifically states the frequencies of excitement. None near 2.4MHz were found of any significance.

Again... not the one I wanted... but... "Graphene as a Massless Electrode for Ultrahigh-Frequency Piezoelectric Nanoelectromechanical Systems"
northeastern.edu/nemslab/Zhenyun/ACSnanolett5b01208.pdf
And another... at 2.4GHz

4.4-8GHz

Still thinking they intentionally avoided the frequency of concern/interest...
"Firstly, it was used as a biosensing scheme utilizing simple RF/microwave devices such as resonators and capacitors, with graphene nanomaterials like GO or rGO. In the case of latter, it was used as a biosensing scheme utilizing RF/microwave systems with graphene nanomaterials, e.g., graphene. These RF/microwave biosensors could be detectable of biomolecules, e.g., glucose, DNA, as well as bacteria, e.g., S. aureus, E. coli and so on, via bifunctional peptide."

The story goes onward:
"A gain in operation speed is expected as dual-gated GFETs have been shown to exhibit cut-off frequencies as high as 50 GHz, which is far higher than those of silicon MOSFETs of comparable size. The work was supported by the US National Science Foundation and the Department of Homeland Security’s Domestic Nuclear Detection Office. Graphene’s broad optical absorption band suggests possible uses as a photodetector for non-ionising radiation but electrons and holes created in the material by incoming photons recombine very rapidly"
(Note the statement that holes in the GO structure can be caused by incoming photons. And, that they recombine very rapidly. This expressly states that GO can be manipulated within a body using energy in the photon ranges)

The number of articles which do NOT include 2.4MHz are huge. Most represent bioelectrical behavior which can be used for detection, GO movement, RF absorption, and re-radiation above 5GHz.
suggestion... work from here on your own...

When people talk about Graphene and magnetism they likely forget the other atom found in the slurry called covid vaccine GO (Graphene Oxide) is different in several ways as it is already bound to oxygen from its attach points which alter its properties a lot (consider having your hands stuck to the steering wheel vs free to use).
Graphene (minus the oxygen) is fairly well explained WRT magnetism, power storage, and RF emission here

That article also shows other more common frequencies including WiFi 2.4 and those handheld wireless house phones of last millennia (900 KHz), and others. And shows how these frequencies are fairly ineffective.
Now I need to stop re-researching GO... it gives me the willies knowing it forced into humans.
