Francis cited difficulties with his eyesight when he abandoned prepared speeches in Lisbon on Friday and in Fátima on Saturday.
Vatican spokesman Matteo Bruni denied there was any cause for alarm, offering the unlikely explanation that Francis’ problem was “due to the lighting, which casued a reflection on his glasses.” And: “There was no problem with the Francis' eyesight.”
During his unprepared remarks in Fátima, Francis said that Our Lady went “in haste” to help Elizabeth, repeating the title “Our Lady of Haste” which he invented back in 2014.
He's maybe got a BIG problem developing. Couldn't read any of is speeches today 8-6, cast them aside and the VAtican covered up everything saying that instead of reading his prepared speech and prayer before the statue of Our Lady of Fatima, Bergoglio was just going to sit before her ins silence and "in pain".
"“There was no problem with the Francis' eyesight.”....this spokesman is hiding the quite possible. Note being able to suddenly read his speech doesn't mean necessarilly a problem with his eyes. It is also a symptom of what is known as a TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack or Episode). That involves either blood circulation in the brain itself, or high HP. A TIA is often referred to as a mini-stroke, and I read that many people have them and don't been know it happened. It could also possibly be a red flag warning of a more serious problem coming around the corner, a minor or even a major stroke fatal stroke. I'm saying POSSIBLE, not necessarilly probable. The late, great Ven. Pope Pius XII had the exact same thing. Within days he had a minor stroke, and lost his vision for a few hours. Then the next day had a massive, fatal stroke which he suffered with for several days, unconscious. God BLess Him. May he rest in Peace. Having a cardiologist uncle in the family, I've learned a good deal about medican symptoms.....not that I want to be a doctor though.
Trying to see the "glass half full": It could be that his problem is... he's finally seeing the light, the wrong, the heresies, the sins against Our Lady and Jesus, that he has committed in the past ten years or more..? Hopefully, the prayers for his 'conversion' offered by the Real Catholics, might be finally working? ..... I want to think this!
