Follow the cash and power:
- Force people into homes (loss of power)
- Force people to wear bra cups on their faces (power and cash selling bra cups)
- Force people to take unproven tests (power and cash selling snake oil tests)
- Force people to be injected with untested chemicals (power and cash selling snake oil shots)
- Force people to present "their papers" (jack booted power)
- Restrict movement and travel (power and re-directing cash)
- Scare people by presenting deep analyses of something that is less likely to happen than a shark attack in a plane while it is crashing into the mountains.
As opposed to:
- Educate people to wash more often
- Educate people to stay home when ill
- Educate people about caring for those with preexisting conditions
