Isaiah 42:1-4, 6-7The Lord on earth has a mission, and this is his work: “To open the eyes of the blind, to bring out prisoners from confinement, and from the dungeon, those who live in darkness.”
Yes, the Lord does this for the body, but the Lord is also present so that we may receive his grace. This grace shows us how to remain with the Lord.
Acts 10:34-38
“God shows no partiality.”
God is with every person.
Matthew 3:13-17
“After Jesus was baptized, he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove [and] coming upon him.”
John sees the Spirit; this is the sign that the Spirit is already with Jesus.
