Discernment is given to us by the Holy Spirit, who is God.
John 3:22-30
Saint John the Baptist said, “This joy of mine has been made complete.”
John the Baptist’s joy lies in welcoming Jesus and knowing that salvation has entered the world. Jesus teaches us this.
